The accommodation comprises a fully equipped kitchen, sitting room with fireplace, dining room, large bar room opening to the terrace. Living and dining room with television. Five double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each) all with en suite bathrooms and a separate toilet.
Very well equipped and comfortably furnished. Large terraces both covered and open.
The exotic garden has lawns and mature trees and plants, a really good sized pool complimented by two showers, a toilet and a pool house with barbecue.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Final clean included. Two hours cleaning three times a week included. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels). Change-over day is Saturday.
