The accommodation comprises two living rooms, one of which has a fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms, one of which has a Jacuzzi bath. Independent studio with resident guardian.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Final clean included. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels). Change-over day is Saturday.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit payable locally - ask for details. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
