The accommodation comprises a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room with access to terrace. Three double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each), a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a triple bedroom (3 x 90cm wide beds). Bathroom and a shower room.
The decor is traditional in style, a bit rustic; furnishings are a combination of modern and traditional.
There is a magnificent garden with colorful flowers, mature palms and a good sized swimming pool complemented by a covered terrace for eating al fresco. There are two parking spaces. The change-over day is a Friday.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels). Change-over day is Friday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00. Pets are not permitted.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit - credit card slip. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Extra beds supplement of 6€ per bed per day. Bed linen change 7€, change of towels 3€. The villa must be left as found.
