The main floor has a kitchen with access to the terrace, comfortable living and dining room and a bathroom.
The lower floor has three double/twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds which will combine to 1 x 180cm wide bed, in each) and a bathroom.

The garden has a large pool terrace with super views of the countryside.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels changed weekly). Final clean. Change-over day is Friday, arrival time 17.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00. Pets are not permitted.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit - 150€ cash. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Extra beds supplement of 100€ per bed per week. Cot hire 40€ per week. Pets 60€ per animal. Radiator heating 50€ per week.
