Description
Pleasant villa with a private swimming pool and beautiful sea views. Located 1.5km from Palafrugell and 5km from a selection of beaches at Fornells, Platja Fonda and Aiguablava. Girone airport 45km. Begur 3km and Palamos 11km.
The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a central living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with sea views. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a shower room. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a bunk bedroom (bottom bed is 140cm wide and the top is 90cm wide). Bathroom.
The villa is well equipped, furnishings are practical and comfortable.
The garden has a pool terrace and lawned areas with some natural shade. Change-over day is Friday.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels). Change-over day is Friday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00. Pets are not permitted.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit - credit card slip. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Extra beds supplement of 6€ per bed per day. Bed linen change 7€, change of towels 3€. The villa must be left as found.
