The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen and towels provided (changed weekly - exchange at the office on Mondays between 10.00 and 13.00). Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (from 5th May 2007 to 13th October 2007. Garden and swimming pool maintenance, final clean. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00, departure by 10.00.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit €700 payable locally by credit card slip. Obligatory final clean payable locally 95€. Heating for the house 50€ per week (between 13th October and 5th May). Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Pet supplement of €50 per stay per animal where allowed, as stated in the property description. Extra beds supplement of €85 per bed per week. Air conditioning payable locally when shown as available in discription.
