Description
This is a sizable, established property with lots of character, set in extensive gardens with a private swimming pool, situated in the El Tosalet residential area. Located in Javea, in the province of Alicante, 1.5km from El Arenal the main sandy beach of Javea where there are comprehensive facilities and amenities. Alicante airport 87k and Valencia airport 118km. Local supermarket 800m and range of sports facilities including squash, tennis, a gym and restaurant at the Hotel El Rodad 200 metres.
The upper floor (exterior access only via steps at the rear of the villa) has a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with en suite shower room with toilet. Double (1 x 140cm wide bed) bedroom (independant access) with en suite shower room with toilet.
The ground has a fully equipped kitchen and a large living-dining room with access to a huge, fabulous covered terrace overlooking the pool area. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en suite bathroom with over-bath shower, shower stall, twin sinks and toilet (also accessible from the corridor). Six steps to a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Bedroom (best for children) with 4 beds bunks (4 x 80cm wide beds for 4 people) with en suite shower room with toilet and a huge covered terrace.
The interior furnishings are pleasant and the neutral décor in keeping with the overall ambiance. The fantastic, enclosed garden is flat with beautiful lawns, mature plants and trees offering natural shade and high hedges affording privacy. Be careful with small children as there is a 3 metre drop beyond the secluded pool (a temporary fence can be installed if required but even with this care is required). There is a garage and private parking area for several cars.
The prices include Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance, final clean. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 11.00 – 19.00, departure before 10.00.
The prices don’t include Refundable deposit €300 payable locally by credit card slip or cheque. Linen supplied at 10 euros per “kit” payable locally. Each kit comprises bed linen, 1 shower towel, 1 hand towel, 1 dishcloth. Heating for the house during holiday periods outside July or August and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and catering. Pet supplement of €60 per stay per animal where allowed, as stated in the property description. Extra beds or persons supplement of €60 per bed per week.
