Description
Pleasant villa set in an enclosed garden with a private swimming pool. Located in the very quiet area of Costa Nova Plá in Javea (in the province of Alicante), 3km from the main El Arenal sandy beach and amenities and facilities. Local shop and restaurant 400 metres. International airports at Alicante 87km and Valencia 118km.
The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a kitchen with access to terrace and a living-dining room with fireplace. Double bedroom (1 x 150cm wide bed) with access to terrace and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet. Shower room with twin sinks and toilet. Access to a covered terrace.
The villa décor is bright with feature beams and the furnishings are pleasant and comfortable. Good sized garden with lawned area, palm trees and large succulents. The pool terrace is flanked by mature bushes.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance, final clean. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 11.00 – 19.00, departure by 10.00.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit €300 payable locally by credit card slip or cash. Linen supplied at 9 euros per “kit” payable locally. Each kit comprises bed linen, 1 shower towel, 1 hand towel, 1 dishcloth. Heating for the house during holiday periods outside July or August and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Pet supplement of €60 per stay per animal where allowed, as stated in the property description. Extra beds supplement of €60 per bed per week.
