Beautiful villa, which has recently been entirely renovated, set in a good sized, enclosed garden with a private swimming pool. Located in the quiet Costa Nova Pla residential area of Javea (in the province of Alicante), 4 km from the main El Arenal sandy beach amenities and facilities. Alicante airport 87km and Valencia airport 118km.
The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a kitchen and a living-dining room with fireplace. A double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed), twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a bathroom with toilet. Glazed terrace and laundry room.
The villa has bright, tasteful décor and simple yet comfortable furnishings. Lush flowering plants and exotic palms adorn the delightful garden and the there is a useful outdoor shower by the pool terrace.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance, final clean. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 11.00 – 19.00, departure by 10.00.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit €300 payable locally by credit card slip or cash. Linen supplied at 9 euros per “kit” payable locally. Each kit comprises bed linen, 1 shower towel, 1 hand towel, 1 dishcloth. Heating for the house during holiday periods outside July or August and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Pet supplement of €60 per stay per animal where allowed, as stated in the property description. Extra beds supplement of €60 per bed per week.
