Lovely, smart, contemporary holiday villa with vast, fenced and fully secluded grounds complemented by a large swimming pool. Located in the El Colomer residential area of Javea in the province of Alicante, 3km from the beaches. Shops 2km. Golf 5km. Alicante airport 87km. Valencia airport 118km.
The upper floor has two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm beds in each), a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed), shower room with toilet and a bathroom with toilet. Access to balcony.
The ground floor has a large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) bathroom with toilet. Access to a covered terrace and barbecue area.
This is a nice, south facing villa with comfortable, tasteful furnishings and bright attractive décor with exposed feature beams. The vast enclosed grounds are beautifully landscaped with lawned areas and are richly planted with mature flowering plants, orange and palms trees.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance, final clean. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 11.00 – 19.00, departure by 10.00.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit €300 payable locally by credit card slip or cash. Linen supplied at 9 euros per “kit” payable locally. Each kit comprises bed linen, 1 shower towel, 1 hand towel, 1 dishcloth. Heating for the house during holiday periods outside July or August and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Pet supplement of €60 per stay per animal where allowed, as stated in the property description. Extra beds supplement of €60 per bed per week. Pets allowed at owners discretion at a supplement - ask for details.
