Located in the Adsubia residential area of Javea in the province of Alicante, 4km from the main sandy beach of El Arenal where there are comprehensive facilities and amenities. Alicante airport 87km and Valecia airport 118km. There is a reputed restaurant just 200 metres from the villa. This is a refined villa the likes of which is only normally found further inland.
The upper floor has a three twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each) and a single bedroom. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.
The ground floor has a beautiful entrance hall, living room with fireplace and access to the terrace, two dining rooms and a well equipped, modern kitchen with access to a beautiful private courtyard with vine covered terrace which is perfect for eating al fresco. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet (also accessible from the corridor). Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.
This is a beautiful old house with an abundance of charm, it is well equipped and furnished in an elegant, traditional and comfortable manner. Throughout the villa there are numerous interesting artifacts and traditional paintings. There is a lovely, comfortable covered terrace with an interior patio.
The grounds are landscaped with mature lawns, plants, fruit trees including grapefruits and huge pine trees offering lovely shade and there is a good sized swimming pool with exterior shower. The garden is mainly secluded with just part of the pool being overlooked from some distance away, the rest is very private. There are super views across the valley of the Montgo mountain and the villa is surrounding by acres of orchards belonging to the property. Animals allowed subject to a confirmed request.
The prices include Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance, final clean. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 11.00 – 19.00, departure before 10.00.
The prices don’t include Refundable deposit €300 payable locally by credit card slip or cheque. Linen supplied at 10 euros per “kit” payable locally. Each kit comprises bed linen, 1 shower towel, 1 hand towel, 1 dishcloth. Heating for the house during holiday periods outside July or August and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and catering. Pet supplement of €60 per stay per animal where allowed, as stated in the property description. Extra beds or persons supplement of €60 per bed per week.
