Beautiful country house, built in 1850 and completely renovated in 2003, set in pleasant gardens with a good sized swimming pool. Located in the Rio Rialb valley, 80km from Lerida.
The second floor has a large sitting room with numerous double and single sofa beds which can sleep up to ten people. Two bathrooms.
The main entrance is on the first floor which has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, dining room with fireplace and a living room. Three double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each), a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a single bedroom (1 90cm wide bed) which can take an additional single bed. Bathroom and a shower room.

Note: The price shown is for up to 12 people. However the house will sleep up to 20 people. The extra person supplement is 17€ per night per person.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided. Final clean included. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.

Refundable deposit. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
