The second floor has a living room with sofa bed (double) and fireplace. Triple bedroom with three single beds (3 x 90cm wide beds) and two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each). Bathroom and a shower room.
The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen-diner and a living room with fireplace. Triple bedroom with a double bed (1 x 140cm wide) and a single bed (1 x 90cm wide). Bunk bedroom (2 x 80cm wide beds) and a shower room.
The ground floor has a wood store and laundry area.
The garden is complemented by a covered barbecue area and a table tennis table.
Change-over day is Friday. Minimum period of two weeks in July and August. The price shown is for 14 people. There is the possibility of lodging three extra people at 30 Euros per person per night.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided. Final clean included. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Friday, arrival time 17.00 – 20.00, departure by 09.30.
