Description

Fully renovated 17th century stone villa with a private swimming pool. Located near Casserres. Local shops 3km. Sea 95km.

The accommodation comprises a living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Four double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each), three twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a triple bedroom (3 x 90cm wide beds). Three bathrooms.

The garden has expansive lawned areas and a large covered terrace for eating al fresco.

The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided. Final clean included. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Friday, arrival time 17.00 – 20.00, departure by 09.30.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.

Availability

Change-over day is a Friday. Check the two weeks are available from the Saturday nearest the Friday of your depart, you only pay for one week.
