There is a large pool terrace and a covered terrace along with a superb swimming pool.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit - 350€ cash. Final clean payable locally 150€. Heating for the house. Linen is not included and no linen hire is available. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
