Description

Splendid villa surrounded by olive trees, overlooking beautiful, tranquil countryside. Located near the village of Villamartin 5km. Shops 2.5km. Jerez de la Fronterra 55km. Cadiz 90km. The whole property can be taken privately and will sleep 16 (ANC1601A - from mid July to end August the villa is only available in this format), or as two separate units sharing (ANC1601A - for 6 and ANC10B for 10 available outside mid July to end August).

This is the description for 10 which comprises a living and dining room with fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen. Four twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each) one double bedroom (1 x 120cm wide bed). Three bathrooms.

Decorated with lots of taste, the rooms are nice and spacious and furnishings are comfortable.

The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided (bed linen and shower and hand towels). Final clean. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (except heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 17.00 – 20.00, departure by 09.30.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit - 300€ cash. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
