This traditional property has been fully restored in a sympathetic manner, retaining traditional features such as exposed wooden beams, tiled floors and natural stone. In an elevated setting in the hamlet of Casabermeja, north of Malaga. Local shops 4km. Beach 16km, Malaga 16km and Grenade 100km.
The accommodation comprises an open-plan kitchen and a living and dining room with fireplace. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Two bathrooms. A further single bed is available.
The villa is well equipped and furnishings are practical and comfortable.
There is a covered terrace for outdoor dining and the pool area is accessed by means of steps leading to a lower terrace. The garden is nice and peaceful and enjoys beautiful sunrises.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels) changed weekly. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 17.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit -100€ cash paid locally. Heating for the house. Two hours cleaning per week included. Additional services (where available) including cleaning (9€ per hour), babysitting and cooking. The villa must be left as found.
