The upper floor has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en suite bathroom. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with en suite bathroom. Two further double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide beds in each). Bathroom and a shower room.
The ground floor has two living and dining rooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
The villa is comfortable, very well equipped and nicely decorated.
The grounds are enclosed with a small lawned area, a modest sized pool and a covered dining and barbecue area.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels) changed weekly. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 17.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit -100€ cash paid locally. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning (9€ per hour), babysitting and cooking. The villa must be left as found.
