The provision of the property fully prepared and equipped, provision of services including water, electricity and gas. Gardener and pool maintenance, final clean. Bed linen and towels (bath towel and hand towel) supplied. Linen renewed each week and towels renewed twice a week. Cleaning three times a week. Final clean included.
The prices don’t include
House heating during holiday periods outside July or August. Cash deposit of €350.
