Six air conditioned twin bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each) each with en suite bathrooms with toilet Access to a large covered terrace.
Air conditioned annexe bedroom (separate access) with four single beds (4 x 90cm wide beds). Bathroom with toilet.
The villa is well equipped with modern, comfortable furnishings. The pool has a huge terrace with lovely sea views and there is a further sun terrace on the roof of the villa. Beyond the pool area there are large lawns.

The prices include
The provision of the property fully prepared and equipped, provision of services including water, electricity and gas. Gardener and pool maintenance, final clean. Bed linen and towels (bath towel and hand towel) supplied and renewed each week (unless specified otherwise in the villa description). Cleaning once a week (unless specified otherwise in the villa description) for holidays stays of more than one week. Final clean included.
The prices don’t include
House heating during holiday periods outside July or August. Cash deposit of €500. Pet supplement of €60 per stay per animal where allowed as stated in the property description. Extra beds supplement of €60 per bed per week.
