Attractive air conditioned villa made up of two separate apartments only available as a whole, set in a modest garden with a large swimming pool and sea views from the upper floor. Located in the centre of Alvor, in the Algarve, within walking distance of the beach and all amenities.
Each apartment (located on the first and second floors) has 150m² living space and comprises:
An open-plan kitchen-diner and a living room with single sofa bed (1 x 140cm wide) and fireplace. Two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each), twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and two bathrooms with toilets. Access to terrace (sea views from the second floor).
The apartments are well equipped with simple yet comfortable furnishings and the living rooms are air conditioned. There is a pleasant pool terrace and small garden area and above all easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The owner reserves the right to occupy the ground floor (only occasionally) during which time he will not disturb you nor use the pool or garden.
The prices include
The provision of the property fully prepared and equipped, provision of services including water, electricity and gas. Gardener and pool maintenance, final clean. Bed linen and towels (bath towel and hand towel) supplied and renewed each week (unless specified otherwise in the villa description). Cleaning once a week (unless specified otherwise in the villa description) for holidays stays of more than one week. Final clean included.
The prices don’t include
House heating during holiday periods outside July or August. Cash deposit of €300. Pet supplement of €60 per stay per animal where allowed as stated in the property description. Extra beds supplement of €60 per bed per week.
