The living room opens on a large covered patio where you can eat and enjoy the really wonderful view over the hills down to the lake. The swimming pool is set on the terrace just below the villa. Access to the house is via a private track road.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels), change of linen once a week. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Maid service twice weekly.

Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
