Description
This is a charming villa with good sized grounds in a rural setting in northern Umbria, handy for local shops in Monte San Maria Tiberna 1.5km and within easy driving distance of Lake Trasimeno, the historical town of Peruggia 30km as well as the delightful Adriatic coastal resort of Fano 90km. The main airport is Forli 200km. Torre di Castiglion is set in a small, peaceful hamlet.
The upper floor has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Shower room and a separate toilet.
The ground floor has a living and dining room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen.
The decor is very pleasant and the tasteful furnishings are mainly traditional.
The large, enclosed garden is screened by fencing, enjoys natural shade from mature trees and has a good sized swimming pool.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels), change of linen once a week. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
