Beautiful, classic Tuscan style country house, set on a hillside with vast gardens and a good sized private swimming pool and stunning views of the countryside. Located north west of Arezzo 21km. Local shops in the village of San Giustino Valdarno 1km. Tennis 500 metres. Riding 5km and golf 60km. Cortona 46km, Sienne and Florence 62km.
The upper floor (accessed by typical outdoor stairs) has a sitting room, double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a further double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with shower room. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a shower room.
The ground floor has a kitchen, living and dining room. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Shower room.
The garden has a children’s play area and a lovely pool surrounded by olives and oak trees. In front of the villa there is a very pleasant pool house equipped for outdoor dining.
In the old neighboring barn the hosts have a lecture room and sales area for local products which is for their exclusive use. There is also a laundry room. There are bicycles available.

The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided. Final clean included. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Saturday arrival 15.00 to 19.00, depart before 10.00. Pool open from 5/05 to 6/10.

Refundable deposit 260€ payable locally. House heating 4.5€ per m3. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Pets supplement 30€ per animal per week.
