The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Saturday arrival 15.00 to 19.00, depart before 10.00. Pool open from 03/05 to 06/10.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit 260€ cash payable locally. Obligatory final clean 50€. House heating 3€ per litre. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Pets supplement 30€ per animal per week. Pool open 03/05 to 04/10.
