The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Saturday arrival 15.00 to 19.00, depart before 10.00. Pool open from 28/04 to 13/10.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit 260€ payable locally. Obligatory final clean 10€ per person with a minimum 60€. House heating 3€ per hour. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Pets supplement 25€ per animal per week.
