Description
The house has a kitchen, completely equiped with fridge-freezer and hob, oven, extractor, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine. The dining room has a table with 10 chairs, and the tv-corner has one tree seater and a two seater as sofa. All the furniture is from indonesian teak. TV, hifi, DVD, air-conditiong available. All the 4 bedrooms are provided with air-conditioning. The master bedroom downstairs (double bed) has his own bathroom with a round massage bath, shower. Upstairs one of the bedrooms (double bed) has the same massage bath as downstairs, the other two bedrooms have access to one separete bathroom. The fourth bedroom is provided with a sofabed. The asian garden is just fantastic with a lot of green, corners to dinner or super or just relaxing. Garden furniture is enough available. The pool meets 17 m long and to 3.50 m deep. For small children is a babypool available. Sun beds. On the plot is it posible to park 2 cars and the high walls garantee the client a lot of privacy.
Alarm-system connected with a security-central.
Distance to the beach is 5 km, supermarket 1 km.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Saturday arrival 15.00 to 19.00, depart before 10.00. Pool open from 28/04 to 06/10.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit 200€ payable locally. Obligatory final clean 10€ per person with a minimum 110€. House heating 4.5€ per m3. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Pets supplement 30€ per animal per week.
