Description
Charming traditional villa in good sized grounds, set amidst beautiful countryside 6km from the village of Foiano, within easy striking distance of Cortona 22km and Sienna 60km and from a nearby cafe 300m. The main airport is Rome 150km. Violette is in a peaceful location with lovely views from the pool area.
The upper floor has two large double bedrooms (140cm wide bed in each) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide). Bathroom with toilet.
The ground floor has a well equipped kitchen, living and dining room with access to covered terrace. Shower room with toilet.
The decor is very pleasant, plain with many attractive paintings and artifacts whilst furnishings are mainly traditional.
There is a large garden with a large terrace and mature trees to the rear of the villa. The pool is set to the side of the villa and from the poolside there are super views of the countryside.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels), change of linen once a week. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
The prices don’t include
Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. |
