Description
Charming, recently restored, stone villa, set in large, secluded grounds with a private swimming pool, on a hilltop near to an historic watchtower. Located near the village of Moulino Nouvo 3km where there are local shops. Main shops are in the town of Arrezzo 10km and Cortona 22km. Pisa airport 155km. This is a lovely, tranquil spot.
The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en suite shower and toilet. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a shower room with toilet. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen, living and dining room with fireplace and access to the garden.
The decor is light and plain with some nice cosy touches whilst furnishings mainly traditional style.
The grounds are lawned, mainly flat and screened by mature woodland with the pool set to the rear of the villa.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels), change of linen once a week. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
