Description
This is a beautiful villa with large grounds in a wonderful countryside location handy for the local shops and cafe in the village of Santa Christina 1.5km and main facilities in the historical town of Castiglione Fiorentino 5km. The main airport is Pisa 160km. Tres Cipresi is in a peaceful setting accessed via a winding country track.
The upper floor has two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each). Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a bathroom with toilet.
The ground floor has a shower room with toilet. Large kitchen diner and a spacious living and dining room with fireplace.
The decor is of a high standard and incorporates many original features including stone tiled floors, wooden beamed ceilings and decorative brick walls. The furnishings are mainly traditional.
There is a large garden with lots of lawn area and a beautiful pool terrace set to the side of the villa with views over the hills.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels), change of linen once a week. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. |
