Description
Recently renovated, sizable stone villa, set on a hillside with a flat lawned garden with a good sized swimming pool and views of the countryside. Located a short drive from the traditional village of Campagnatico 5km, which has shops and excellent restaurants, there is also a cafe just 1km from the villa. Fornacelle has good access to the beach at Marina di Grosseto 25km and the nearest airport is Pisa 180km.
The upper floor is only accessible from the exterior and comprises a double bedroom (1 x 180cm wide bed). Further double bedroom (1 x 180cm wide bed) with en suite shower and toilet. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a bathroom with hydro-massage bath and toilet. Sitting area with fireplace.
The lower floor has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide bed). Bathroom with hydro-massage bath, over-bath shower and toilet. Shower room with toilet. Fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace overlooking the pool area. Living and dining room with access to the terrace.
The decor is light and neutral and is complemented by exposed wooden beams. Furnishings are a mix of modern and traditional. The disposition of the rooms allows for space and some privacy and comfort for two families sharing.
There is a good sized pool complemented by a gazebo and mature trees for natural shade. Access to the villa is via a rough gravel track.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels), change of linen once a week. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
