The accommodation is comprised of a living and dining room with fireplace and windows offering panoramic views. Fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each). Shower room.
The décor is light and elegant and the furnishings are comfortable.
There is a beautiful garden with a lawned area and mature trees. A small path leads directly to the sea where there is a high diving point (8 metres).
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Final clean included. For holidays of more than seven days 3 hours cleaning on Saturday. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Saturday arrival 14.00 to 20.00, depart before 10.00. Late arrival supplement 20€ payable locally. Private pool open from 05/05 to 29/09.
