The accommodation comprises a large living room with fireplace, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) air conditioned. Triple bedroom (3 x 90cm wide beds) air conditioned. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Three shower rooms with massage showers. Laundry room.
Paved interior courtyard with a private pool. There is a second larger pool (15m x 8m - open from 28/04 - 29/09) which is available for use to which the owner reserves access. Access to the property is via a non tarmac track. Behind the villa is a beautiful garden with olive and almond trees and local plants.
The owner lives next door to the villa in an adjoining property.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Final clean included. For holidays of more than seven days 3 hours cleaning on Saturday. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Saturday arrival 16.00 to 20.00, depart before 10.00. Late arrival supplement 20€ payable locally. Private pool open from 31/03 to 27/10.
