The first floor has a living room with study. Double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower stall, twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with en suite shower room and a triple bedroom (3 x 90cm wide beds) with en suite shower room. All three bedrooms have sea views and each has a mini bar, satellite television and a safe.
The ground floor has a large kitchen, living and dining room. Shower room. Access to covered terrace.
Furnishings are traditional and comfortable. Cot and high chair available on request.
The terrace has a barbecue and outdoor dining furniture. The beautiful garden has lawns and exotic plants and trees.

The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Two hours cleaning on the Saturday included for holidays of more than one week. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Final clean included.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit payable locally 300 euros. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. House heating 10€ per day. Small pets allowed.
