The ground floor has an entrance from the road and a living room with a double sofa bed.
The furnishings are nice and comfortable.
Two of the terraces are equipped for outdoor dining with kitchenettes and barbecues. Public parking 300 metres. Cot available on request.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Final clean included.

Refundable deposit payable locally 300 euros. Air conditioning supplement payable locally 10€ per day. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. House heating 10€ per day.
