The accommodation comprises a large, air conditioned living room with wood burner and a fully equipped kitchen diner. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed), twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a single bedroom (1 x 90cm wide bed). Shower room.
The house is comfortably furnished.
Garden with mature trees and colourful plants. The super pool has a hydro massage system, there are terraces both covered and open, a summer kitchen with barbecue and children’s games.

The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Final clean included. For holidays of more than seven days 3 hours cleaning on Saturday. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Saturday arrival 14.00 to 20.00, depart before 10.00. Late arrival supplement 20€ payable locally. Private pool open from 05/05 to 29/09.

Refundable deposit 300€ payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. House heating. Cot available for hire 30€ per week.
