Main villa
The upper floor has two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each) both with ceiling fans and en suite shower rooms with toilet.
The ground floor has an entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen diner, pantry and a living room. Double bedroom (1 x 180cm wide bed) with ceiling fan and en suite shower room with toilet. Double bedroom (1 x 180cm wide bed) with en suite bathroom and toilet. Exterior access to laundry room.
Apartment
Situated on the garden level the apartment comprises a large living room (which can be made available even if only renting the main villa) with television, kitchenette, double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a shower room with toilet.
There is a super lawned garden with large swimming pool and gazebo. In the summer there are water restrictions – 80 litres per day per person.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels), change of linen once a week. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
The prices don’t include
Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
