The accommodation is all on one level and comprises an entrance hall and living room opening on to the dining room. Television/reading room on the side of the living room, offering a quiet place for people wanting to rest in a tranquil area. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dining area. Double room (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en suite shower room and toilet. Guest shower room and toilet. Two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Two bathrooms (one with both bath with hydro-massage and a shower). A set of stairs brings you to the billiards room, located in the basement.
The house is set at the end of a beautiful garden, planted on one part with olive trees the other with lawn and flowers beds. On the side of the house there is a barbecue area with table and chairs, under a small pergola.
The housekeeper lives in a small house at the end of the property, he is in charge of the garden and swimming pool and can do shopping for clients.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels), change of linen once a week. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Minimum stay 2 weeks.
