The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Shower room and a bathroom with sunken bath, each with toilet. Living and dining room with fireplace and patio doors leading to a private terrace with views of the lake. A partition divides the living dining room from the kitchen which has access to the garden.
Decor is very smart and the architectural design of the interior makes optimum use of space with great style. Furnishings are modern and comfortable. This is far more than just a holiday home.
The enclosed garden is flat with lawned areas and the pool, set to the rear of the villa is screened by hedges.
