The accommodation comprises a living room with two traditional, stone built sofa beds, a dining corner and kitchenette. Double bed (1 x 140cm wide bed) corner and a shower room.
The tasteful décor and furnishings are in the local Mani regional style and provide a warm ambiance. Each house has a small veranda from which you can enjoy fabulous views of the sea.
The surrounding area is mountainous countryside.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels), change of linen once a week. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
