The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a living room with fireplace and traditional stone built sofas, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed), twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a bathroom.
It is possible to have one of the villas with an additional double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) on request.
All nine villas in the complex have a covered terrace with sea views except for one which doesn’t have the view.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. The rental of a catagory A car (4 person, Seicento type), for one week (tax and insurance included, unlimited milage) pick up from the airport. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels), change of linen once a week. Garden maintenance.
The prices don’t include
Refundable cash deposit €500 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
