Located amidst countryside on the edge of the village of Atsipopoulos 1.5km where there are shops, main shops and restaurants Rethymno 3km, and the beach 2km. Heraklion airport 80km. There are lovely views over woodland down towards the sea. This villa is really handy for Rethymno which is a lovely seaside town with a wide choice of restaurants and outdoor cafes.
The upper floor has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed), bathroom with toilet and access to a large terrace with stunning views over Rethymno, the sea and the countryside.
The ground floor has a living room with fireplace, which communicates with the fully equipped kitchen and a dining room which opens onto a terrace leading to the swimming pool. A small corridor leads to a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Bathroom with toilet.
Pleasant, traditional furniture and décor afford a cosy atmosphere. The hinterland is mainly oak forest dotted with the occasional house.
The swimming pool enjoys great views of a verdant valley stretching down towards the sea. Overall this is a tranquil spot.

The rental of a catagory A car (4 person, Seicento type), for one week (tax and insurance included, unlimited milage) pick up from the airport. Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels), change of linen once a week. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
