Stairs to a large roof terrace, which offers a wonderful view of the surrounding hills and countryside down towards the sea, and enjoys beautiful sunsets. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms.

The ground floor has a large bright living room with two single sofa beds (each 90cm wide), fully equipped, open-plan kitchen diner, and a shower room with toilet. Patio doors leads from the kitchen to an excellent covered terrace for eating al fresco, with a great view of the garden, swimming pool and beyond.

Décor is light and neutral whilst furnishings are modern.

The tranquil garden has beautiful lawns, exotic palms and is full of flowers, high hedges offer privacy and the whole property is surrounded by olive groves. The pool has a paddling pool (0.60m deep) with whirlpool effect. The view of olive groves and hills from the pool is also exceptional, as it is from all parts of the house. This is a perfect place for rest and relaxation.
