Main house
The upper floor has a double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) with en suite shower room with toilet. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with en suite shower room with toilet and access to a small balcony. Master double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) with en suite bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet and access to a small balcony. Double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed).
The ground floor has a twin bedroom with en suite shower room with toilet. Guest toilet. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with access to a lovely covered terrace. One step to a living and dining room with fireplace and access to a beautiful, large high walled courtyard.
Garden house
The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with en suite shower room with toilet.
The décor and interior architecture is beautiful and the furnishings all very tasteful and in keeping with the property which originates from 1850 and was completely renovated in 2005 retaining original features whilst adding all the requisite modern features.
The vast garden is fully enclosed, nice and flat with lawned areas with lots of fruit trees and attractive flowering plants and a high wall providing privacy from the village next to which the house sits. There is a super swimming pool complemented by a paddling pool which doubles as a Jacuzzi (0.6m deep). A small vegetable garden is also at clients disposal.
Being right on the edge of the village there are lovely views from the garden of the mountains whilst the rear of the villa opens via a lovely courtyard right into a small village street. That atmosphere in the villa and garden is utterly tranquil.
The prices include
The rental of a catagory A car (4 person, Seicento type), for one week (tax and insurance included, unlimited milage) pick up from the airport. Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels), change of linen once a week. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
