Description
This is a superb new built, air conditioned villa with a private pool and medium sized garden in a privileged setting. Located due south of Rethymnon 35km and Finikas 5km, in the south of the island, on the Libyan sea coast. Within walking distance of shops, taverns and the beach on the edge of the village of Plakias 50 metres. Heraklion airport 115km. Next door is the villa CRC604. There are views of the mountains inland and the sea from the first floor terrace. This is an excellent location for clients who enjoy watersports.
The upper floor has a small sitting-room, two double bedrooms (1 x 160cm wide bed), one with access to a balcony overlooking the pool. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with a balcony and a large bathroom with corner bath, twin sinks and a toilet. Gallery with sitting area.
The ground floor has a bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet. Large, high ceiling, comfortable living room, dining room and a fully equipped, open-plan fully equipped, fitted kitchen.
The villa is very spacious and pleasant and the garden well kept. More large sandy beaches can be found a little further away out of the village.
The prices include
The rental of a catagory A car (4 person, Seicento type), for one week (tax and insurance included, unlimited milage) pick up from the airport. Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels), change of linen once a week. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
The prices don’t include
Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.

Change-over for Crete can also be a Tuesday. Check the two weeks are available from the Saturday nearest the Tuesday of your depart, you only pay for one week.
