This is a beautiful, modern villa, with some air conditioned bedrooms, in a fantastic, elevated setting on a hillside overlooking the deep blue sea, sandy beaches and arid mountains beyond. Located near the village of Plakias with all the necessary shops, taverns and cash machine 1.5km. Situated due south of Rethymnon 45km, 10km south west of Finikas, on the southern coast, 700 metres walk from the beach. Heraklion airport 110km, Chania airport 100km.
The upper floor has two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each), a smaller twin bedroom with a single bed (90cm wide) and a further pull out single bed (90cm wide). Bathroom with toilet. The bedrooms all have balconies with sea views and air conditioning (except the twin bedroom which has no A/C).
The ground floor has a fully equipped, fitted kitchen, dining-living room with fireplace. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with access to a balcony with sea views and a bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet. Aquarium with exotic fish.
The decoration and the furniture are modern and smart. A vast covered terrace offers very pleasant shade and a terrific view of the sea.
The prices include
The rental of a catagory A car (4 person, Seicento type), for one week (tax and insurance included, unlimited milage) pick up from the airport. Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels), change of linen once a week. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
