Pleasant contemporary villa in a peaceful countryside setting, sharing a swimming pool with another of our villas (CR0402). Located near the village of Adele 1km where there is a small supermarket and a few shops, in the verdant valley of Milopotamos, 900 metres from the beach. A wide choice of shops and restaurants in Rethymnon 9km. Heraklion airport 70km.

The accommodation is all on one level (accesed via three steps) and comprises a large living room with two single sofa beds (90cm wide each), two double bedrooms (1 x 180cm wide bed in each) and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each). All the bedrooms have air conditioning and access to the terrace or garden. Fully equipped, open-plan, fitted kitchen. Two bathrooms, each with over-bath shower and toilet.

Simple but comfortable furniture and decoration. There is a large, covered terrace with a lovely view of the olive groves and nearby hills. The two houses are 60m apart each with plenty of privacy.

The garden has a lawned area, natural shade and lots of olive trees along with a large pool and a children’s paddling pool (0.7m deep) divided by a wall in the main pool. This is a peaceful setting which is very close to the beach and facilities.
