Pleasant villa in a countryside setting, sharing a swimming pool and large gardens with another of our villas (CR0802). Located near Adele in the verdant valley of of Milopotamos, 900 metres from the beach. Heraklion airport 70km. Village shops in Adele 1km, main shops in Rethymno 9km.
The accommodation is all on one level (accessed via 5 steps) and comprises a large, living and dining room with two single sofa beds (90cm wide) and access to a large covered terrace with views of the countryside and hills beyond Fully equipped open-plan, fitted kitchen with dining corner. Double bedroom (1 x 180cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with access to terrace. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet as well as a washing machine. The bedrooms are air conditioned.
Located in a peaceful setting and enjoying magnificent views of the countryside, the furnishings are simple and comfortable. The large garden is adorned with olive trees and the pool is shared only with our villa reference CR0802 which is located 60m away. Neither villa interferes with the other.
The prices include
The rental of a catagory A car (4 person, Seicento type), for one week (tax and insurance included, unlimited milage) pick up from the airport. Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels), change of linen once a week. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
