Beautiful, air conditioned, stone villa with private pool and well maintained garden in a hilltop setting with fantastic views overlooking the fishing village of Kalamaki, and the Libyan sea. Located near the towns of Mires 5km and Matala 5km, in the south of the island, on the plain of Messaras, just 1.5km from the beach, tavernas and small supermarket in the fishing village of Kalamaki and further good taverns and other shops in Kamilari also 1.5km. Heraklion airport 60km.

The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a large living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen-diner. Double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) and a further bedroom which has two single beds which can convert into bunk beds (2 or 3 or 4 x 90cm wide beds) as desired (the owner will bring and take away additional beds as required). Bathroom with hydro-massage bath, over-bath shower, shower stall and toilet (also accommodates a washing machine).

Decore is light and neutral with stone walls and exposed wooden beams adding character. There is a combination of comfortable, modern and traditional furnishings and the general atmosphere is cosy.

The garden is pleasant and peaceful with a lush lawn and lots of flowers. The swimming pool is complemented by a paddling pool (0.5m deep) and there are pleasant terraces and a barbecue corner all with fabulous views.
