Description
Three similar stone villas, next to each other, sharing a swimming pool. Situated in a quiet and peaceful setting, high up a hillside with dramatic views down towards the sea. Located south-west of Heraklion towards the centre of the island, 17km from the beach. Heraklion airport 17km. Local shops and restaurants are in the village of Krousonas 6km. These are simple, pleasant villas in a stunning setting.
The upper floor (accessed via a spiral staircase) has a master double bedroom (1 x 180cm wide bed) with access to a balcony with garden furniture, from which one can enjoy the fantastic and unique view.
The ground floor has a small sitting room with a double sofa bed (140cm wide), fireplace and kitchenette with dining area. Shower room with toilet.
These cosy villas are all similar and built sufficiently far apart, on pleasant grounds, which are full of flowers and aromatic plants, flanked by vineyards. They blend in harmony with the surroundings, at an altitude of 750m.
The shared swimming-pool is situated in front of the villas and enjoys uninterrupted views of the valley and mountains. It is high and a bit steep in parts so you will need to be careful with young children. Two of the villas are right next to the pool, the third is just behind the others. This spot enjoys splendid seclusion and calm.
